- Settings & Preferences: Your daily fluid allowance, unit preference (ml or oz), reminder settings, and other configuration choices.
- Contact Information: If you contact us for support, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and compatibility purposes.
- Usage Data: Basic analytics about how you use the App (e.g., screens visited, features used), collected in aggregate and anonymized form only.
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect precise geolocation data.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
- We do not use tracking pixels, third-party advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the App's core functionality (fluid logging, history tracking, and visualizations).
- Store and sync your data on your device and, if you sign in, securely in the cloud for backup purposes.
- Process your Support+ subscription if you choose to upgrade.
- Send optional daily reminders if you enable this feature.
- Respond to your support inquiries.
- Improve the App based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your fluid log data is primarily stored locally on your device. If you sign in with Apple Sign In, your data may be backed up securely to enable cross-device access and recovery.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL).
- Encryption of data at rest on our servers.
- Secure authentication through Apple's Sign In service.
- Regular security assessments of our infrastructure.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We may use trusted third-party services (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing through Apple) that process data on our behalf under strict data protection agreements.

6. Your Rights & Choices
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access: You can view all data stored in the App at any time through the History and Settings screens.
- Edit: You can edit any fluid log entry at any time.
- Delete Entries: You can delete individual entries from your log.
- Clear All Data: You can erase all fluid log data from the App via Settings > Clear All Data.
- Delete Account: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data via Settings > Delete Account. This action is irreversible.
- Opt Out of Reminders: Daily reminders are off by default and can be toggled on or off at any time in Settings.
- Data Export: Support+ subscribers can export their data as a PDF report.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
8. Subscription & Payment Data
If you subscribe to Support+, payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details, bank account information, or Apple Pay credentials. We only receive a confirmation of your subscription status from Apple.
9. Third-Party Links
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
